What is shown on the postcard
The postcard shows a three-story light-colored administrative building with a mansard roof. The ground floor features decorative arched niches and an entrance with a sign, surrounded by pedestrians. The building’s pediment features a Soviet emblem, and the flag of the Ukrainian SSR flies from a spire. A large puddle on the wet pavement in the foreground mirrors the facade reflection.
Historical note
