Historical note

The General Resort Clinic, later known as the Central Resort Polyclinic, was a key component of Yevpatoria’s resort infrastructure during the Soviet period. It provided medical and therapeutic services for numerous vacationers. V.I. Lenin Avenue (now Lenin Avenue) is one of the city’s main streets, forming its central and historic part.

The historic building with a dome on Lenin Avenue, likely located at Prospekt Lenina, 3, was constructed in the early 20th century and is known as the former State Credit Bank building, and subsequently the city executive committee.

Present day

Currently, the Central Resort Polyclinic at Frunze Street, 17 continues its operations as one of Yevpatoria’s leading medical institutions, maintaining its primary function and recognizable architectural appearance, despite partial modernizations. The buildings on Lenin Avenue have also retained their significance and appearance, continuing to be used for administrative and cultural purposes, preserving the historic character of the city center.
