Historical note

The “Yalynka” hotel-restaurant complex (motel) was built during the Soviet era at the eastern entrance to Zhytomyr along the Kyiv highway. It was designed to serve automobile tourists and visitors to the city, offering lodging and dining.

Present day

In the post-Soviet period, the complex continued to operate, though the premises underwent renovations and ownership changes over the years. The surrounding area still retains some of its original green landscaping.
