Historical note
The Slavutych Hotel was built in 1972, designed by architects V. Ladnyi and H. Kulchytskyi. It became a landmark of the newly developed Rusanivka residential area built on reclaimed land. The 16-story building accommodated around 800 guests and featured a semi-circular facade facing the right bank of the Dnieper.
Present day
In the 21st century, the hotel ceased operating in its original format. The building underwent a major reconstruction that altered its exterior facade, converting the spaces into residential and office units.
