This section collects view postcards of Gurzuf through 1991 — a resort settlement on Crimea’s southern coast at the foot of Ayu-Dag. The 1979 series records the late-Soviet appearance of Gurzuf.
Subjects include the embankment, Podvoiskogo Street, and a view of the residential microdistrict. Also featured is the K.A. Korovin Artists’ House, a well-known cultural landmark of the resort.
Several cards show a building of the USSR Ministry of Defence sanatorium, a corner of the Spoutnik pioneer camp grounds, and a monument to V.I. Lenin — typical views from Gurzuf series of the late 1970s.
Dates and captions are useful for collectors and historians of Southern Crimea resort towns. Browse the current cards and compare them with other Ukrainian cities in the Old Postcards archive.
