In front of the building, there is an asphalted area with several Soviet passenger cars (including Volga and Zhiguli models), young trees, a lamppost, and pedestrians near the entrance.

Historical note

The Central Bus Station of Kherson was constructed and opened in the 1970s to serve intercity and suburban bus routes.

The building’s design combines the functionality of a transport hub with typical modernist architectural elements of the era, such as extensive glazing on the ground floor and geometric reinforced concrete decorative details.

Present day

Today, the bus station continues to operate, connecting Kherson with other cities in Ukraine.

While the exterior of the building has undergone some changes due to modern signs, advertising structures, and maintenance works, the original Soviet-era spatial composition remains recognizable.
