What is shown on the postcard

Historical note
The Dnipro Hotel was constructed in 1964, designed by architects V. D. Yelizarov, N. B. Chmutina, and others. The building became an essential element of the post-war architectural ensemble of Khreshchatyk Street, anchoring its northern end at the square.
Present day
Today, the building continues to operate as the four-star Dnipro Hotel. The exterior has undergone minor renovations but retains its original Soviet modernist proportions.
